Cecil County has a Monetary Incentive Program in place for the companies to strive to have 0 dropped calls and a Ambulance on the street within ten minutes of dispatch. In January 2010 Water Witch EMS had a 100% response rate with an average response time of 3.2 minutes, well under the ten minute limit! We are proud of our numbers listed above both Fire and EMS and we are also proud to say we achieve those numbers with ALL VOLUNTEERS!
